These terms describe the role of KLS Sensory and the status of information presented on this website.
Independent project role
KLS Sensory is an independent product-sourcing and development-coordination studio. It does not claim ownership of the factories that may manufacture a selected product. Manufacturing, testing, inspection, packaging and logistics may be performed by independent partners.
Reference information
Product images, timelines, customization examples, materials and order ranges are provided for project discussion. Availability, MOQ, pricing, construction, lead time, intellectual-property clearance and documentation must be reconfirmed for the selected product and supplier.
Samples and approval
Bulk production should not begin until the buyer has approved the relevant sample, specification, packaging and commercial terms. Color, hand-feel and functional performance can vary between constructions and must be assessed using a physical sample.
Compliance
KLS Sensory does not issue regulatory certification. The responsible manufacturer, importer or other legally responsible party must determine applicable requirements. Testing and documentation must be agreed for the specific product, age grade and destination market.
Intellectual property
Buyers are responsible for ensuring they have permission to use submitted brands, characters, artwork and designs. Reference images must not be treated as authorization to copy protected intellectual property.
Commercial agreement
No website content or inquiry response creates a binding purchase agreement. A project becomes binding only through mutually accepted written specifications, quotation, payment terms and order documentation.
